Round low esparto bread basket

Country bread looks its best in a round low esparto bread basket. It is a low basket, braided by hand, with two small handles on the sides to pass it around the table.

There are two sizes: Ø22 × 10 cm + 5 cm handles and Ø27 × 10 cm + 5 cm handles. It also works as a fruit basket or a decorative tray. See also the round bread basket with tall handle and the rest of our esparto baskets.

Handmade by artisans from Jaén

Esparto is one of the fibres most closely tied to rural life in Jaén and southern Spain. This piece comes from an artisan workshop in the province, where it is braided and sewn by hand, strand by strand. From cazorla.online, the craft shop from Cazorla, we send it to you just as it leaves the workshop.
