Returns policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

Let us know within that period at ventas@cazorla.online or on +34 711 52 34 70, quoting your order number. You can use this wording: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following product , ordered on [date] / received on [date], in the name of [your name]”. Once you have notified us, you have 14 days to return the product to us.

3. Condition of the product

The product must be returned in good condition, complete and, where possible, in its original packaging. You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to examine it.

4. Cost of returns

The direct cost of returning the product on withdrawal is paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or was sent in error, in which case we cover it.

5. Refunds

We will refund the price of the product and the standard shipping costs within a maximum of 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or proof that you have sent it back.

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or personalised to your specifications, to perishable products, or to sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed.

7. Damaged or faulty products

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or faulty product, contact us within a reasonable time after delivery at ventas@cazorla.online or on +34 711 52 34 70, with a photograph if possible. We will resolve it at no cost to you with a replacement or a refund, and we will handle the claim with the courier ourselves.

8. Legal guarantee

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, all products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity for new products.
