The weave left its pattern on the rind, the one we still recognise on traditional cheeses today.<\/p>\n<p>It measures <strong>130 cm long and 8 cm high<\/strong>. Use it to make cheese at home or as a decorative piece in the kitchen. This piece comes from an artisan workshop in the province, where it is braided and sewn by hand, strand by strand.
