By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We sell local and handcrafted products. As many of them are handmade pieces, there may be slight variations in colour, size or finish compared with the photographs; these are part of the handcrafted character of the product and are not considered defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prices and taxes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices are shown in euros (\u20ac) and include VAT. The standard rate applied is 21%. Where food products are sold, the corresponding rate will apply: 4% for olive oil and 10% for honey. The VAT applied is shown in the order summary and on the invoice. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before you confirm your purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. How to buy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the products to your basket, review your order, enter your shipping and billing details and complete the payment. After your purchase you will receive a confirmation email. The contract is deemed concluded at that moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Payment methods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We accept the following payment methods through CaixaBank&#8217;s secure payment gateway (RedSys):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Credit or debit card.<\/li><li>Bizum.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment takes place in a secure, encrypted environment. Your card details are entered directly into the bank&#8217;s payment gateway; cazorla.online has no access to them and does not store them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Shipping: areas and costs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We currently ship to mainland Spain. Shipping costs \u20ac5.99 per order, and shipping is free for orders of \u20ac90 or more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For shipping to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside Spain, contact us by WhatsApp or phone on +34 711 52 34 70 and we will give you the terms and the cost before you place your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Delivery times<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The estimated delivery time for mainland Spain is 24\/48 working hours from when the order is ready and dispatched. This is an approximate timeframe: it may be affected by public holidays, the availability of handcrafted products made to order or problems with the courier. If there is a significant delay, we will let you know. In any case, the order will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days; if it is not, you may cancel it and we will refund you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Problems in transit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are responsible to you for making sure your order arrives correctly. If the parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, or is lost, contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve it with a replacement or a refund. We handle the claim against the courier ourselves. We recommend checking the parcel on delivery and pointing out any visible damage to the delivery driver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Legal guarantee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for new products. If a product is not in conformity, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or to a price reduction or a refund, under the terms provided by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Withdrawal and returns<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase. Details of how to exercise this right, the exceptions and refunds are set out in our Returns policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available to consumers. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform at https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Applicable law<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These terms are governed by Spanish law.
